Family Night at YMCA

Our annual family night at the Ruby C Hunt YMCA is this Sunday night, August 16, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Come enjoy the water park, climbing wall, and gym. We will have hot dogs to eat. IT’S FREE!!!

River Baptism

We will be having our annual river baptism, Sunday August 23, 2015, 4:00 PM at the Broad River Greenway. If you are interested in being baptized that day please contact, Pastor Keith, or Wesley. You can email them by clicking on their names, or by calling the church office at 704-434-6244.

Spiritual Growth Study

Our next Spiritual Growth Study will begin Sunday July 12 at 5:00pm in the Lighthouse room. We will be doing a series on “Hospitality.” Many of the sessions will include segments from the book, “Hospitality Commands,” by Alexander Strauch. You may purchase this book online at Christian Book Distributors or on Amazon.

Biblical Study of Second Generation Leaders

Dr. Joe Webb is leading a study of the leaders of the church that followed the apostles of Jesus.
The sessions are on Sunday night at 5:00 p.m. in the church Fellowship Hall. The dates of the session are from March 22 to May 6 (except for Easter).

Food Pantry Needs

The Food Pantry is in need of but not limited to the following:

Rice, canned vegetables (carrots, potatoes, corn, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, etc), canned meats, beef stew, spaghetti noodles, and sauce, dry beans, pork and beans, pancake mix, syrup, grits, oatmeal, peanut butter, jelly, maccaroni and cheese, canned fruits, spaghetti O’s, and tuna.

Thank you for your support of our Food Pantry.  There has been a great need in our community and county.
