Boiling Springs Baptist Daycare
Brief History and Mission
Established in 1984, Boiling Springs Baptist Daycare has twenty-five years of Christian child care experience. We are licensed for ninety children. Current enrollement is sixty eight children. Our mission is to provide quality spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and physical care for children ages six weeks to four years old. Spiritual development is important, so Bible stories and songs are integrated into our developmentally appropriate curriculum. During the school year, chapel services are held each week for ages two through four years old, where one of our ministerial staff members share a children’s sermon or Bible story and some songs.
Mother’s Morning Out
Beginning September 8, 2009 we are proud to offer a Mother’s Morning Out program. The program will run Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Parents can choose three day, or five day care. Lunch is not provided and this is separate from our daycare. For more information please call our director, Dawn Moore.
Facilities, classrooms, and teachers
Our facilities are housed in the preschool department of Boiling Springs Baptist Church. There are six classrooms, two kitchens, and a gym for rainy day and hot weather playing. We have two separate outdoor playgrounds. Each one is accessible from the classroom. One is for the Toddlers and Two’s and the other one is for the Three’s and Four’s. Our classroom ages are broken down as follows:
There are currently 10 full time teachers, 11 part time teachers a director and a full time cook. In total there are twenty two staff members. Our daycare facility is guarded with a keypad lock and each classroom is equipped with video surveillance.
